Company Admin​ in an organization has the privilege to add/ edit/ delete/ approve/ reject a record, regardless of the permissions or privileges set. Permissions are assigned based on the access rights or roles to manage and access modules in SHIFTHRM.

You can make additions/deductions​ from employee pay heads for various reasons, such as benefit premiums, medical allowance,health insurances, loan repayments etc. with EPF applicable, Amount Type, and many more fields. Every month, Generate employee salary/payslip​ on a click of a button. It enables to create all employee monthly payrolls or individually employee payroll with payroll reports itself.

  • Defined User Roles And Access Control : A robust HR management solution lets Company define user-roles and their responsibilities for smooth functioning. We can ensure the only data displayed to each user is exactly what you want them to see, removing the risk of a data breach.
    This module allows you to restrict or give access to assigned users based on job title/ role.

  • Remember Me Feature : "Remember Me" feature that will securely save your information on your computer so that allows users to be automatically signed in from a certain machine even after the HTTP session expires.

  • Managing Approval Workflow : Each approval process is associated to a rule that defines the process. You need to specify the rule criteria, the approval authority and also actions that need to be carried out on approval or rejection.

    From this tab, you can approve or reject the records that are waiting for your approval. Only before the approval, you can convert, edit or delete the record.

  • Set Timezones & Business Working Hours/Days : Set working hours for each day (adjust the open and close times for each day).

    Whether you have different locations or different countries, Timezones can be customized to fit your needs.

  • Advanced filtering and searching of data : Easily see the exact data you need to see with searching and filtering options. Allows you to export/ import a .csv, excel, print or pdf all your employees individual and their correlating data fields( payslips, claims etc..).

  • Responsiveness on both Desktop & Mobile : Manage your workplace from anywhere either from your desktop or from your phone.Functionality is very much the same for mobiles as they are for desktops assuring no delays and lags.

  • Emails Notifications : With the help of an alert, you can sent notifications to employees to alert them of events or changes to their forms. It makes sure employees and managers stay in the loop. You can configure email alerts for many tasks including:

    • New joinees employees
    • When leave is marked for an employee.
    • Get instant notifications/email when specific actions such as requests, status updates, edits and approvals are executed.
    • Display last login notification with time and operating system name.

DASHBOARD : Turn your reports into show-stopping dashboard

Mashup data and design visualization dashboards in a single web application. SHIFTHRM allows you to access & analysis data, monitor HR processes and activity, gain insights and make decisions.

  • Data at a glance : Dashboard will display total no. of employees, total no of departments, total no. of holidays which are added in system with necessary quick links.

  • Leaves & Holidays in Calendar : Authorized person will be able to see a leaves & holidays calendar in their dashboards to give an overview of the number of people who are on vacation on a given month and added holidays.

    Employee will be able to see all the approved leave requested on their dashboard.
  • Display Latest Pending Task/Notices : All latest added pending tasks are listed here with task name, task description, task assign to and task assign by.

    Notice board can act as a information display or notice board for the users, enable them to view important information notices with quick links.


Employee Self-Service

Keep Employee data at your fingertips. Empower a better and easier way to get more work done with our employees record. Say goodbye to rework, confusion, data duplication and inconsistencies !

In Employee tab, you can manage these options :
  • Get instant and complete visibility of your global employees and make better business decisions with smarter analytics and actionable insights. Now you can consolidate all records and information in a central place.

    • You have the flexibility to enter comprehensive information about a new employee as soon as the person joins or first add salient details and update remaining details later.
      1. Go to Employee Module -> Add Employee Button SHIFTHRM Add Employee.
      2. Select department name of the employee.
      3. Apart from general information, employee have to enter its credential informations. You may enter only required or basic information and revisit later un-required fields.
      4. Click Save to confirm adding an employee.
    • In Employee Information, modify rest of the following information of an employee.

      1. Go to Employee Module -> Edit Employee icon SHIFTHRM Edit Icon.
      2. Update employee personal, contact and login details which are required for an employee.
      3. Instruct all employees to complete a edit employee form so that you can properly calculate federal tax withholdings on wages. - Employee’s salary type, hire date, Id proof, working days per week and payment method.

      4. Update your bank details with bank name, branch code, IFSC code and account number.

      5. Upload document from this tab with description, expiry days and date.

      6. Employee can view easily his/her remaining leaves for a year itself without interviewing of HR. Shows summary of all leave balances at a given point in time from day one.

      7. Select Access Right role for the edit employee as either Company Admin, Employee, HR Admin, Management, Employee's Supervisor.

      8. Click Update to save changes.
    • Maintain complete work history in terms of awards, leaves, documents, bank, assets, employment and personal informations.

      1. Go to Employee Module -> View Employee icon SHIFTHRM View Icon.
      2. This page in SHIFTHRM gives you an overview of employee details like awards, leaves, documents, bank, assets, employment and personal informations.

  • Access all payroll related to an employee can be viewed at one place. Historical payslips are always available without the need to perform a ‘restore operation'.

    1. Click on View payslip SHIFTHRM View His/her Payslip Icon icon.
    2. View all payslips related to an employee with generated month, year, salary type, payheads and net salary.
    3. Generate payslip view as pdf with action print and pdf format.
    4. You can Export​ a employee details in csv format.

  • You must first set up the payheads at the Company level before assigning them to individual employees. Add additions and deductions for an employee with amount to add or deduct from employee payroll.

  • Manage an employee awards history with award date, month, year, award name, gift and award amount. SHIFTHRM Employee Awards

  • In SHIFTHRM, enable you to download or export data of your employees in csv format, which you can use to monitor as well as analyze trends.

  • Select the employee to be deleted. Click on confirm in the delete employee confirmation message box. A success message displays.


Department Module

A department is a division of employees in your organization. Departments may reflect your organization's hierarchical structure, geographic regions, or functional groups.

  • You can add multiple departments according to your business requirements.

    1. Go to Department Module -> Add Department SHIFTHRM Add Button button.
    2. When adding department, Enter department name(required), department code and profit centre code.
    3. Description: Enter the description for the department which is mandatory.
    4. Click Save to add department.
  • Managing department is necessary for any business that employs people. You can update any department information at any time.

    1. Select the department from the listing to edit. Click on edit icon SHIFTHRM Edit Department Icon.
    2. Update required fields of department form and click Update to save changes.
  • All departments of a company can be seen at a time with details like department name, department code, profit centre code and description.

  • Find and click on the department you wish to delete, and then click the SHIFTHRM Delete Department Icon icon.Confirm to delete.


Payheads

A Pay Head may be an earning to the employee, or a deduction, which is recovered from his/her salary. The value of these pay heads could be either fixed or variable, for each payroll period. There are some payheads that can't be delete and added as default payheads in a company.

  • Additions and deductions are used for adding in positive and negative pay elements for a salary payslip.

    1. Navigate to Payheads > and click the SHIFTHRM Add Payhead at the top of the Payheads list.
    2. Enter Pay Head, Code and Amount.
    3. Select Calculate type as addition or deduction.
    4. Select Amount type as amount or percentage.
    5. Apply EPF applicable on payheads for salary payslips.
    6. Click Save to add.
  • Find the Payhead you want to edit in the list. Click on that Payhead edit SHIFTHRM Edit Payhead Icon icon, and their details will appear in pane. Click the field whose details you want to update and Click Update to save changes.

  • View all added payheads at a time with details like payhead name, code, calculation type & actions. Payheads include actions with edit and delete.

  • Find and click on the payhead you wish to delete, and then click the SHIFTHRM Delete Payhead Icon icon.Confirm to delete. it will remove that payhead from record permanently.


Process to Create Payrolls ( either Weekly / Monthly )

Your payroll process starts with collecting wage information for each employee. SHIFTHRM use a edit employee form to collect wage information like their filing status and their allowances. At the end as an employer, you may process payroll weekly or once a month with the all wages.

STEP 1. ​Collecting Wage Information : Instruct all employees to complete a edit employee form so that you can properly calculate federal tax withholdings on wages. Go to Employee Module -> View Employee ->Edit Employee and click the SHIFTHRM Edit Employee Icon.
Instruct employees to complete a form properly with details like :

  • Employee’s hire date, Salary Type ( Weekly, Monthly), Working days per week, Number days in week.
  • As an employer, you may process payroll weekly or once a month. Regardless of how often you pay, you need to gather the necessary records to compute gross wages.

STEP 2. ​​Add ​their allowances or deductions for Payroll Process​ : It can be categorized as Allowance, deductions or reimbursements. You must first set up the payheads at the Company level before assigning them to individual employees.

    Process to add Payheads:
  • Payheads can be add directly at the time of payroll creation for an employee.
  • Go to Payroll Module -> Generate Payroll.
  • OR
  • Can be added through Go to Employee Module -> View Employee -> Payhead Configuration.

  • Add additions and deductions for an employee with amount to add or deduct from employee payroll.

STEP 3. ​​Create either weekly or monthly Payroll : You need to maintain updated payroll records for each employee. Go to Payroll Module -> Create Payroll -> Either weekly or monthly Payroll.
Note Salary type should be same as which payroll you want to create for an employee then only that employee will listed or seen in payroll filtration field.

  • After seamless integration of information for all employees as payroll inputs follow these steps to run monthly payslips :

    1. Enter PayRoll Reference for a payroll.

    2. Select payment month & year, bank name, account number, payment date and status as(pending, approved, draft).

    3. Filter​ or create payroll for all employees / for department / for an employee.


      Note For all employee or an employee : Suppose you select filter by as Employee then all employees those have Salary type as monthly will listed here with employee select field.

      For Department : It will load all departments exists in a company. Then you can generate department-wise payroll for employees.

    4. Add payheads with deductions and addition amount for listed employees.

    5. Click final button “Save” to generate Payrolls for the salary type(monthly payroll​).
  • SHIFTHRM can run weekly payroll depending on the salary cycles of the organization. To create weekly payroll, you have to follow these steps :

    1. Enter PayRoll Reference for a payroll.

    2. Select payment month & year, bank name, account number, payment date and status as(pending, approved, draft).

    3. Select payroll start date and end date(dates within a week).
    4. Filter​ or create payroll for all employees / for department / for an employee.


      Note For all employee or an employee : Suppose you select filter by as Employee then all employees those have Salary type as weekly will listed here with employee select field.

      For Department : It will load all departments exists in a company. Then you can generate department-wise payroll for employees.

    5. Add payheads with deductions and addition amount for listed employees.

    6. Click final button “Save” to generate Payrolls for the salary type(weekly payroll​).
  • All Generated Payslip of all employee is managed and listed here.It is designed to maintain and update the payroll details with flexibility and ease use of comprehensive employee pay processing and reporting with multiple actions.


    You can filter payroll records on the basic of payroll type as monthly or weekly. Go to Payroll Module -> Payroll List-> All weekly and monthly payroll.

    • All pending payslips can be approved at any time from here with a single click.
    • All pending payslips can be edit any time, but once a payroll is approved it can’t be edited.
      1. Update PayRoll Reference for a payroll.

      2. Update title, payment month & year, bank name, account number, payment date and status as(pending, approved, draft).

      3. Update payheads with deductions and addition amount for listed employees.

      4. Click final button “Update” to generate Payrolls for the salary type( either weekly or monthly payroll​).
    • ​View a particular payslip details with employee name, earnings, deductions, net pay and many more informations.

    • ​Export a payslip view in csv format with details like employee name, total earnings, deductions, net pay etc.
    • Find and click on the particular payslip you wish to delete, and then click the SHIFTHRM Delete Particular Payslip Icon icon.Confirm to delete. it will remove that particular payslip from record permanently.

    • ​CPF details related to a payslip can be download in csv format with employee name, ID number, date of birth, date joined, basic salary, employee contribution, employer contribution and cpf total values.
  • All employees generated payslips(All Employee-Wise Payslips) with employee name, bank name, payroll start date and payroll end date. All Generated Employee-Wise Payslips report can be download as PDF File.
  • Generate all payroll payslips with employee type(as monthly or weekly), employee name, month and year. This is a quick way to view all payslips from the selected date range(month and year) and export the same in a csv formats.


Attendances Module

It allows employees and their managers to mark attendance for today itself without any intervention from HR. Employees can view their attendance information in a comprehensive and user-friendly calendar view.

  • All his/her attendances will listed here with check/in, check/out date/time, time interval with approval status.
    Note You can search approved attendance with specific date range.

  • Employees can regularize their attendance on a daily basis based on real-time check-in/check-out data. Add Self Attendance In/Out with itself after login through his/her id.

    1. Select date, check-in time and remark.
    2. Here check-out is auto calculated.
    3. Click Submit to save details.

    All regularize attendances on a daily basis based on real-time check-in/check-out data listed here.

  • Company Admin and HR can only mark attendances for other employees. Let employees know who's in and who's out of the office, and make it easier to mark attendances.

    1. Select date and employee name.

    2. Select Check/in and check/out time with remarks.

    3. Click Save to mark attendance.
  • All marked attendances are listed here with details. Company Admin and HR Admin can approve or disapprove a marked pending attendance with icon SHIFTHRM Marked Pending Attendance Icon.

    1. You can search approved attendance with specific date range.
    2. Find and click on the pending attendance you wish to delete, and then click the SHIFTHRM Delete Pending Attendance Icon icon. Confirm to delete. it will remove that pending attendance from record permanently.
  • Custom attendance mark-in/mark-out features with miscellaneous attendance .

    1. Select check-in/ check-out time/date.
    2. Enter remark for miscellaneous attendance.
    3. Click Submit to save details.

Timesheet Module

When you manage a project and employee in a company with many different resources, timesheets are essential. Useful for both project managers and employees, they provide an overview of workloads and allow better monitoring.

  • These module will be seen to Company Admin, HR Admin, Supervisor and Employee. All his/her timesheet will listed here with date, project name, activity, duration and status. You can search timesheet with specific date range.
    Note A timesheet can be delete or edit till its is pending.

  • These module will be seen to Company Admin, HR Admin, Supervisor and Employee. You can add timesheet with details for approval.

    1. Navigate to Add Timesheet (for self) .
    2. Add timesheet for self only with project name, date, activity and duration time(hour and minutes).
    3. Click Submit to save details.
  • This module will be seen to Company Admin and HR. Add timesheet for employee with Employee name, project name, date, activity and duration. Click Submit to save details.

  • Find and click on the timesheet in my list timesheet you wish to edit, and then click the SHIFTHRM Delete Timesheet Icon icon and their details will appear in pane. Update the details, you want to change.

  • These module will be seen to Company Admin, HR Admin and Supervisor. All timesheet will listed here with employee name, date, project name, activity, duration and status.

    1. Search timesheet with specific date range.
    2. All pending timesheet can be approve here through approval workflow.
  • Find and click on the timesheet you wish to delete, and then click the SHIFTHRM Delete Timesheet Icon icon. Confirm to delete. it will remove that timesheet from record permanently.


Leaves Module

In Leave Menu, you can mark his or her leave with type of leave,reason for leave etc. It is up to the employer's discretion as to whether or not an employee's request for a leave of absence is approved.

  • As Company Admin, you can apply leave for self and for others also. Create any number of leave types and define leave policies for each type exclusively: earned leave, sick leave, casual leave, maternity leave, marriage leave etc.

    1. Navigate to Leaves > and click the SHIFTHRM Apply Leave for Self at the top of the Leaves list.
    2. Select period for leave.
    3. Select leave type like earned leave, sick leave, casual leave, maternity leave, marriage leave, bereavement leave, etc.
    4. Define whether leave is for full day or half day.
    5. Specify reason for leave.
    6. Attach supporting proof for each leave application.
    7. Click Submit to save details.
  • Leaves for an employee can be marked in SHIFTHRM.

    1. Navigate to Leaves > and click the SHIFTHRM Apply Leave for Others at the top of the Leaves list.
    2. Select an employee for which leave will be marked.
    3. Select period for leave.
    4. Select leave type like earned leave, sick leave, casual leave, maternity leave, marriage leave, bereavement leave, etc.

  • All pending leaves which are for approval are listed here with details like employee code, employee name, department, date to, file, action for delete and edit.
    Note Pending leaves can only be edit.

  • Leaves which are either approved or disapproved are listed here with action delete. Leaves are listed here with leave reason as well as leave approval status by their respective leave approvers.

  • View the complete history of your employee’s leave details with its status.
    Note Edit leaves that's waiting for approval can be updated but once leave is approval it can't be updated with edit icon find the pending leave that you want to edit in the list.

    Click on that pending leave edit SHIFTHRM Edit Pending Leave Icon icon, and their details will appear in pane. Update pending leave details, what you want to update.

  • Go to Leave Module -> Leave Summary.

    1. View leave summary (total leaves, total remaining leaves, total allowed remaining leaves) of any employee with employee name.
    2. From this pivot view we can easily generate the custom leave summary views in Pdf format.
    3. Also we can download it from there.
  • Go to Leave Module -> Leave Applications

    1. View all apply leaves for all employee or for particular employee with month and year.
    2. From this pivot view we can easily generate the custom leave applications views in Pdf format.
    3. Also we can download it from there.
  • Find and click on the pending or approved/rejected leave you wish to delete, and then click the SHIFTHRM Delete Pending or Approved/rejected Leave Icon icon. Confirm to delete. it will remove that pending or approved/rejected leave from record permanently.


Assets

SHIFTHRM allows you to create for company assets and allocate the assets to the employees. You can also view the details of the assets and the history of allocation.

  • When adding assets you can add multiple assets under one asset type - by default the interface will allow you to add one asset.

    1. Navigate to Assets > and click the SHIFTHRM Add Asset at the top of the Assets list.
    2. When adding an asset, Enter asset name, company asset code, category, sub category, business unit and assets qualifications (*which is required).
    3. Enter Invoice number and manufacture for a asset.
    4. Select purchase, warranty/AMC end date and add note for asset, if want.
    5. Check yes or no for warranty and working.
    6. Provide serial & invoice number.Upload image for added assets(allowed formats: jpg, png, jpeg, gif(Max : 200M)).
    7. Click Save to add.
  • Find the asset you want to edit in the list. Click on that asset edit SHIFTHRM Edit Asset Icon icon, and their details will appear in pane. Update Assets details, what you want to update.

  • View all added assets at a time with details like asset name, company asset code, business unit, assets allocate to & actions.

  • Find and click on the asset you wish to delete, and then click the SHIFTHRM Delete Asset Icon icon.Confirm to delete. it will remove that asset from record permanently.


Expense/Claim Approvals

An expense is a collection of receipts from personal spending that needs to be reimbursed by the business.
Note Also, the employee can apply for advance claims and an Company Admin can apply on behalf of an employee.

  • Add multiple claims according to your business requirements.

    1. Go to Expense/ Claim Module -> Add Expense/ Claim and click the SHIFTHRM Add Expense/Claim at the top of the Assets list.
    2. Select Employee name for which claim is added.
    3. Enter Period start from and period end at.
    4. Enter Claim detail with claim name, claim amount, Total Amount(S$) and date.
    5. Upload Document with attachment.
    6. Click Save to add.
  • Find the Expense/ Claim you want to edit in the list. Click on that Expense/ Claim edit SHIFTHRM Edit Expense/ Claim Icon icon, and their details will appear in pane. Update Expense/ Claim details, what you want to update.

  • Record an expenses history with employee name, amount, date (month and year), expense name etc. It can be reviewed, edit and delete any time.

  • Track pending claims at the touch of a button. All pending claims display here with claim amount, uploaded file. All pending claims can be approved or disapprove or edit or delete.

  • All claims which are approved or disapproved will seen here with approved by, employee name, status & can delete any time.

  • You can export all approved claims list with employee name, month and year in pdf format.

    1. Navigate to Export Expenses/ Claims > and click the SHIFTHRM Export Expense/ Claim at the top of the Expenses/ Claims list.
    2. Select the month and year.
    3. Click Generated to export data.
    4. Expenses/ Claims data can be export as PDF.
  • Find and click on the Expense/ Claim you wish to delete, and then click the SHIFTHRM Delete Expense/ Claim Icon icon.Confirm to delete. it will remove that Expense/ Claim from record permanently.


Awards Module

The employee who performs the best as per the standards are given the 'employee of the month' award.
Note Awards and award type can't be edit.

  • An award is something given to an employee in an organization in recognition of their excellence in a certain field.

    • The Awards page displays the awards already given to the employee. You can add a new awards by performing the following steps:

      1. Navigate to Awards > and click the SHIFTHRM Add Award at the top of the Awards list.
      2. Select an employee and award type(you can add award type at a time).
      3. Select a date range for award with month and year.
      4. Enter gift and cash price for award.
      5. (Optional) Enter Description with font format.
      6. Set a Award Date for award.
      7. Click Submit to save your details.
    • View all added awards at a time with information employee name, award name, month, year, gift prize, cash prize, description, award date with action delete action.

    • Find and click on the award you wish to delete, and then click the SHIFTHRM Delete Award Icon icon.Confirm to delete. it will remove that award from record permanently.

  • Awards are categorized into types of award. New award type can be add with award type name and click Submit.

    • New award type can be added by performing the following steps:

      1. Navigate to Awards > and click the SHIFTHRM Add Award Type at the top of the Awards list.
      2. Click on SHIFTHRM Add Award Type
      3. Enter award type name.
      4. Click Submit to add award type.
    • View all added awards type at a time with information awards type name, awards type date with action delete action.

    • Find and click on the awards type you wish to delete, and then click the SHIFTHRM Delete Award Type Icon icon.Confirm to delete. it will remove that awards type from record permanently.


Schedule Task Module

Scheduling, however, is an important task to ensure your employees don't feel overwhelmed and blindsided with work and due dates. Write down the most important tasks and split them into daily, weekly and monthly calendar.

  • Company Admin and Managers can create tasks to assign tasks to team members when creating schedules. In order to assign a task, the tasks must be created first.

    1. Enter task name & provide detailed description for created task.
    2. Enter the Task date and time.
    3. Specifies which employee are allocated to this task. You need to select employee here.
    4. Click Schedule to save details.
  • Find and click on the task in calendar you wish to edit, and then click the SHIFTHRM Delete Schedule Task Icon icon and their details will appear in pane. Update the details, you want to change.

    1. Update task name & provide detailed description for created task.
    2. Change the Task date and time.
    3. Specifies which employee are allocated to this task. You need to select employee here.
    4. Click Schedule to update changes.
  • View all added schedule tasks at a time with details like task name, date, assign task by, assign task to description with status.

  • Tasks must be “Marked Completed” once it is completed. Task status will changed from "pending" to "completed". It can be unmark at any time.

  • You can leave comments on a task. Post comments, questions regarding this task, also marked as completed.

  • Find and click on the task you wish to delete, and then click the SHIFTHRM Delete Schedule Task Icon icon. Confirm to delete. it will remove that task from record permanently.


Reports Module

SHIFTHRM makes it easy to generate detailed reports on almost any data in your system with just a few clicks at your fingertips. All reports also can be exported to a spreadsheet easily, allowing you almost limitless options for how to use the data.

  • Go to Report Module -> Annual Leave Balance. Export annual leave balance report for all employees or for particular employee with month and year.

  • View all apply leaves for a particular employee with month and year. From this pivot view we can easily generate the custom leave summary views in Pdf format. Also we can download it from there.

  • This reports list employees by name along with addresses, birth dates, hire dates, salary type, payment method, and bank information. Pay rate information can include salaries or weekly rates along with deductions or additions. Export an employee or all employees details in csv format.

  • You can export all approved claims list with employee name, month and year in pdf format.

    1. Navigate to Reports > and click at Expenses/ Claims Report.
    2. Select the month and year.
    3. Click Generated to export data.
    4. Expenses/ Claims data can be export as PDF.
  • Monthly Payroll Reports are a quick way to view monthly payslips summary data and export the same in a csv formats. This report helps in payroll analysis. Filter the data based on employee name and with specific date range(month, year).

  • Weekly Payroll Reports are a quick way to view all payslips of a week quickly and export the summary data in a csv formats. Filter the data based on employee name and with specific date range(month, year).

  • Department Payslip Reports are a quick way to view department wise payslip summary data and export the same in a csv formats.

    This report helps in department wise payroll analysis. Filter the data based on department name and with specific date range(month and year).

  • Cumulative Payslip Reports are a quick way to view all payslips from the selected date range(start date and end date) summary data and export the same in a csv formats.

    This report helps to analysis all payslips generated within a company. Filter the data based on employee name and with specific date range(start date and end date).

  • Run the bank summary report to see money coming in and going out of your bank accounts in SHIFTHRM for a specified time period.

    1. You can choose to view the report with bank name, start date and end date filter.
    2. Generated bank summary report can be download as PDF and excel.
  • This report is regarding employees provident funds with year and month. The employee gets a lump sum amount (which includes his own and employer's contributions) with interest upon retirement or two months after switching jobs.

    1. You can generated report for employees provident funds with selected month and year.
    2. Generated employees provident funds report can be download as excel.
  • View all employee monthly in/out attendance report with employee name, date with DP, DA and TL.

    1. You can search employee monthly attendance with selected month and year.
    2. Generated monthly report can be download as PDF or excel.
  • View all monthly attendance report based on working hours report with employee name, total work days, total work hours, total hour worked and overtime hours.

    1. You can search monthly working hours report with employee name, selected month and year.
    2. Generated monthly working hours report can be download as PDF.
  • View all employee in/out attendance report with employee name, date, check in, chek out time and total time.

    1. You can search employee attendance with employee name and specified date range.
    2. Generated monthly working hours report can be download as PDF or excel.
  • This module will be seen to Company Admin, HR Admin and Supervisor. You can search employee timesheet with selected employee name, project name start date and end date. Generated timesheet report can be download as PDF in SHIFTHRM.


Manage Employee Profile and Login Credentials

As a Company Admin, you can manage your profile information, staff profile details, and also allow your employees to edit his/her profile details.

  • When editing an your’s profile, you can adjust each field by clicking it and entering the information.

    1. Change name, user id by clicking into the field and editing the text.
    2. (Optional) Change Gender.
    3. Email address to which activation email, as well as notifications, are sent can be manage.
    4. (Optional) Upload image as your profile image.
    5. Click Update to save changes.
  • Company Admin can reset his/her password anytime. Complete the process to change your password, then sign in with the new password.

    1. Enter your old password.
    2. Old password must be same as previous password.
    3. Enter new password and confirm password.
    4. New password must match to confirm password.
    5. Click the change password to save the change.

Bank Settings

Set the bank settings and bank account settings you'll use to pay your employees.

  • You can alter your company account by adding bank accounts, or by changing or deleting existing ones.
    • You can easily add unlimited banks with bank name from here to your company.

    • Find the bank you want to edit in the list. Click on that bank edit SHIFTHRM Edit Bank Icon icon, and their details will appear in pane. Edit bank name and update it.

    • View all added banks at a time with bank name in a list.

    • Find and click on the bank you wish to delete, and then click the SHIFTHRM Delete Bank Icon icon.Confirm to delete. it will remove that bank from record permanently.

  • You can alter your bank account settings by adding bank account, or by changing or deleting existing ones. You can change the account IFSC code, bank name, account number and the account holder.

    • You can easily add unlimited banks accounts with bank name, IFSC Code, account number and account holder from here.

    • Find the bank account you want to edit in the list. Click on that bank account edit SHIFTHRM Edit Bank Icon icon, and their details will appear in pane. Edit bank name, IFSC code, account number and account holder. Update these values.

    • View all added bank accounts at a time with bank name, IFSC code, and account holder in a list.

    • Find and click on the bank accounts you wish to delete, and then click the SHIFTHRM Delete Bank  Account Icon icon.Confirm to delete. it will remove that bank account from record permanently.


Master Setting

All Organizational Setup in one place for your company. Ability to set and define components such as nationality, gender, payment mode, leave type, employee type and activity.


Settings Module

Company Admin can change his/her company information. It's quick and easy to change company setting. Every company will have different requirements, so we can manage all the required company setup through setting menu.

  1. Company name & address: You can edit your organization name, company email, website and company address, entered during quick setup, in this field.

  2. Update Currency symbol easily for a company.

  3. You can set the month on which the fiscal year sets if it differs from January, or the start of the Gregorian calendar.

  4. Allows users to be automatically signed in from a certain machine even after the HTTP session expires. Passing No of days(Remember me) as cookie expiration time.
  5. Update Timezone, contact number and fax of a company.

  6. Company Logo: The logo you upload here will be reflected in all your documents such as payroll, mails, etc. You can simply click on 'select' button, select the image file and upload it.

  7. Click Update to confirm the change.

Public Holidays Module

Mark special days on the calendar to inform employees of "no leave" periods.Employees view assigned holidays to make better holiday booking decisions. It helps you to manage holidays.Managers can plan the work scheduled in view of compounded holidays.

  • Administrators can easily add company holidays to all employee with description here.

    1. Navigate to Public Holidays > and click the SHIFTHRM Add Holiday at the top of the Holidays list.
    2. Enter a name and select a date range for the holiday.
    3. Enter description for added holiday.
    4. Click Submit to save your holiday.
  • Find the holiday you want to edit in the list. Click on that holiday edit SHIFTHRM Edit Holiday Icon icon, and their details will appear in pane. Edit their details like holiday name, start date and end date, description, if required.

  • View all added holidays at a time with details like holiday name, start date, end date, description & actions.

  • Find and click on the holiday you wish to delete, and then click the SHIFTHRM Delete Holiday Icon icon.Confirm to delete. it will remove that holiday from record permanently.


Notice Board Module

Notice board can act as a information display or notice board for the employees, enable them to view important information notices.

  • Company Admin can add notices for employees or can be either a beautiful quotes or any important information.

    1. Navigate to NoticeBoard Module > and click the SHIFTHRM Add Notice at the top of the Notices list.
    2. Enter a notice board heading with description for all employees.
    3. Click Submit to save your Notice.
  • Find the Notice you want to edit in the list. Click on that notice edit SHIFTHRM Edit Notice Icon icon, and their details will appear in pane. Edit their details like notice name and description, if required.

  • View all added notices at a time with details like Notice name, and description.

  • Find and click on the notice you wish to delete, and then click the SHIFTHRM Delete Notice Icon icon.Confirm to delete. it will remove that notice from record permanently.


Office Management Module

Monitor business hours. This module manage the business close and open time, working days of the business, working hours of business.You can close working days if required.

  1. Update working hours for a day from clock itself in hh:mm format.
  2. Check checkbox to close working day of the business.

Activity Logs

An Activity Log (also known as an Activity Diary or a Job Activity Log) is a written record of how you spend your time.You can view the activity logs to see all the changes of the past days. Go to site Menu -> Activity Log.

All Create / Delete / Update / Approved Leaves / Claims role assignment are listed here with date time.
